  1. All items are quoted in SGD
  2. All items will only be send within Singapore unless you are will to pay more
  3. Items will only be send out after payment have been made & confirmed
  4. Items take 3-5 working days for deliver
  5. Items are sold on first come first serve basic
  6. Goods sold are non-refundable
  7. Meet-up are only avaliable on CERTAIN circumstance & will only be avaliable at east of SG & will be according to my timing ( i am a working Auntie!! Please be patient! )
  8. Items damage on the process of postage is non-refundable
  9. If items is not up to your expectation, I can't do anything to it.
  10. No cancellation after order.
  11. For registered postage, please pay an extra of $2.50
